Member Service Specialist (CSR/Platform)

This position is responsible for providing superior customer service, promoting credit union loan products and assisting members by finding the appropriate products to satisfy their needs. To be considered you must have an assiciate's degree or 1 to 2 years of related banking experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You must be curteous, have outstanding verbal communication skills, and be a team player. You must also be able to calculate basic math functions and be reliable.
Associate Member Service Specialist (Teller) - Part-Time

This is an ideal entry-level customer service position. A Part-time position is available for Monday - Saturday, as needed to cover service centers in Neptune or Oceanport. Duties include handling banking transactions, resolving customer inquiries and cross-selling products and services. To qualify, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be out-going, friendly, and have strong customer service skills. You must also be able to calculate basic math functions and be reliable.
Associate Member Service Specialist (Teller) - Full-Time

This is an ideal entry-level customer service position. A full-time float position is available for Monday - Saturday, as needed to cover service centers in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Duties include handling banking transactions, resolving customer inquiries and cross-selling products and services. You must also be able to calculate basic math functions and be reliable.
