Service Center Manager

We are seeking a sales focused leader to manage the sales, service, business developement, operations and adiminstrative activities of our service center. This position is responsible for maximizing service center profitability, promoting the credit union's image within the community, achieving and exceeding corporate and service center goals, while providing exceptional customer service to members. Managerial candidate must have a minimum of 3 years branch banking experience with at least 1 year branch supervisory or management role. Candidate must possess a thorough understanding of teller and platform responsibilities and knowledge of bank functions and be capable of developing, promoting and maintaining a strong service and sales culture. A degree in business or related field preferred, however a combination of education and experience will be considered.
Associate Member Service Specialist (Teller) - Full-Time

This is an ideal entry-level customer service position. A Full-time position is available in Toms River. Duties include handling banking transactions, resolving customer inquiries and cross-selling products and services. To qualify, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be out-going, friendly, and have strong customer service skills. You must also be able to calculate basic math functions, be reliable, and be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
Associate Member Service Specialist (Teller) - Part-Time

Duties include handling banking transactions, resolving customer inquiries and cross-selling products and services. You must also be able to calculate basic math functions and be reliable.
